From small beginnings it has grown into an independent, high quality, friendly company that always has the customer in mind. The aim of the company is to provide a high level of service at an economical price, always working to the highest possible safety standards. We have been NICEIC approved contractor from the very beginning. This gives our customers peace of mind that we are subjected to a rigorous annual inspection by an internationally recognised independent organisation. In 2006 we achieved Quality Assurance Certification in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 for the design and installation of electrical services. We are very proud of the fact that we passed the assessment first time unconditionally showing that we have always worked to the highest standard possible. We carry out all installations to the relevant applicable British Standards and all works are guaranteed for twelve months All of our staff are directly employed, we do not use agencies or subcontractors, and have a wealth of knowledge between them. Our policy of regular training in technical and health and safety matters ensures that we keep ahead of any changes in standards by setting our own. We actively encourage feedback from our clients as we consider their constructive comments to be a useful tool in our quest for continuous improvement.
